Pokud se usad\u00edme do spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pozice, je\u0161t\u011b to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee meditujeme!<\/p><p>Pokud v\u0161ak um\u00edme zaujmout spr\u00e1vnou pozici, medituje se n\u00e1m mnohem snadn\u011bji. Mysl je s t\u011blem velmi \u00fazce spojen\u00e1 a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla v meditaci n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci na\u0161i mysl l\u00e9pe ovl\u00e1dnout, nebude se n\u00e1m pak p\u0159i meditaci tolik toulat. Ob\u010das sta\u010d\u00ed jen lehce upravit pozici brady a my\u0161lenky se p\u0159estanou tolik p\u0159edh\u00e1n\u011bt, kter\u00e1 na n\u00e1s za\u00fato\u010d\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve.
