P\u00e1t tip\u016f a trik\u016f, jak na meditaci v ch\u016fzi.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46af526 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"46af526\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Co je meditace v ch\u016fzi?<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d75fc91 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d75fc91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Meditace v ch\u016fzi je jeden z velmi p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak dostat meditaci do na\u0161eho denn\u00edho \u017eivota.<\/p><p>Praxe meditace v ch\u016fzi je velmi jednoduch\u00e1 &#8211; chod\u00edme z jednoho m\u00edsta do druh\u00e9ho a zp\u011bt, a to velmi v\u011bdomou ch\u016fz\u00ed. Tempo ch\u016fze by m\u011blo b\u00fdt co nejpomalej\u0161\u00ed, ale v z\u00e1sad\u011b si m\u016f\u017eeme vyzkou\u0161et \u00fapln\u011b jak\u00e9koliv tempo a zjistit, co n\u00e1m vyhovuje nejl\u00e9pe. Pros\u00edm nenahrazujte t\u00edm ov\u0161em sportovn\u00ed aktivitu, nejde n\u00e1m tady o v\u00fdkony t\u011bla!<\/p><p>Na\u0161e t\u011blo dostane pohyb, kter\u00fd se mu nedost\u00e1v\u00e1, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se u\u010d\u00edme ovl\u00e1dat na\u0161i mysl.<\/p><p>Pokud se v\u011bdom\u011b pohybujeme, v\u011bdom\u011b se soust\u0159ed\u00edme na jak\u00fdkoliv pohyb na\u0161eho t\u011bla, vn\u00edm\u00e1me zem pod nohama, jsme pln\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00ed v okam\u017eiku, p\u0159irozen\u011b se centrujeme a hlavn\u011b &#8211; relaxujeme!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5bb060f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5bb060f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">M\u00edsto pro meditaci v ch\u016fzi<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d1afcd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d1afcd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nejprve si pot\u0159ebujeme vybrat m\u00edsto, kde budeme meditaci prov\u00e1d\u011bt. Doporu\u010duji v\u00e1m zn\u00e1me m\u00edsto, ve kter\u00e9m se c\u00edt\u00edte bezpe\u010dn\u011b. Pot\u0159ebujeme prostor pro cca 20-30 krok\u016f, na kter\u00e9m nebudou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 velk\u00e9 v\u00fdmoly, kameny nebo ko\u0159eny &#8211; zkr\u00e1tka, aby bylo bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a nehrozilo velk\u00e9 riziko zakopnut\u00ed a p\u00e1du.<\/p><p>Tak\u00e9 by v okol\u00ed tohoto m\u00edsta m\u011bl b\u00fdt klid &#8211; u \u010dty\u0159proud\u00e9 silnice si v\u00fdhod meditace moc neu\u017eijeme.<\/p><p>M\u016f\u017eeme si vybrat stezku v lese, tr\u00e1vn\u00edk na zahrad\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 ob\u00fdv\u00e1k \u010di chodbu v dom\u00e1cnosti &#8211; pros\u00edm nevyu\u017e\u00edvejme &#8222;nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9&#8220; po\u010das\u00ed jako v\u00fdmluvu, pro\u010d nemeditovat! Tak se na chv\u00edli zastav\u00edme, oto\u010d\u00edme se a vr\u00e1t\u00edme se zp\u011bt. Postav\u00edme se na za\u010d\u00e1tek, a p\u0159esuneme pozornost sami na sebe do t\u011bla. Zv\u011bdom\u00edme si postoj, uvoln\u00edme ramena, nohy na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku bok\u016f, lehce pokr\u010den\u00e1 kolena, zpevn\u00edme st\u0159ed t\u011bla. Ruce nenech\u00e1v\u00e1me voln\u011b pod\u00e9l t\u011bla, ale chytneme se bu\u010f p\u0159ed t\u011blem, za t\u011blem nebo d\u00e1me ruce do kapes. Uv\u011bdom\u00edme si dech a jsme pln\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomni. Pomalu zvedneme jednu nohu &#8211; nejpomaleji jak dovedeme. Velmi se soust\u0159ed\u00edme na ka\u017ed\u00fd ka\u017edi\u010dk\u00fd pohyb, kter\u00fd k tomu pot\u0159ebujeme.<\/p><p>Zkoum\u00e1me ka\u017edou emoci, ka\u017ed\u00fd pocit, kter\u00fd se b\u011bhem t\u00e9to v\u011bdom\u00e9, pomal\u00e9 ch\u016fze objevuje. Vn\u00edmejme, kter\u00fd sval se uvol\u0148uje, kter\u00fd zab\u00edr\u00e1. Co prob\u00edh\u00e1 v na\u0161em t\u011ble? Jak se c\u00edt\u00ed na\u0161e chodidla, l\u00fdtka, kolena, stehna? Jak na pohyb reaguj\u00ed ky\u010dle, z\u00e1da, krk, ruce? Co na\u0161e srdce, jak tlu\u010de?<\/p><p>Bu\u010fme pln\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomni v t\u011ble, vyru\u0161\u00ed-li n\u00e1s jak\u00e1koliv my\u0161lenka, vra\u0165me se zp\u011bt k t\u011blu. Co na\u0161e palce u nohou? Co d\u011blaj\u00ed?
