T\u011blo je unaven\u00e9, m\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee u\u017e ani nezvednete ruku, hlava jede na pln\u00e9 obr\u00e1tky, doma je toho tolik, co byste pot\u0159ebovala ud\u011blat \u2013 a vy tou\u017e\u00edte jen po chv\u00edli klidu. A vy si dovol\u00edte tu chv\u00edli m\u00edt. Ale co kdy\u017e to nejde? Co kdy\u017e i ve chv\u00edli, kdy <em data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"403\">m\u00e1te \u010das<\/em>, nedok\u00e1\u017eete skute\u010dn\u011b vypnout?<\/p><p data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"458\">Mo\u017en\u00e1 zn\u00e1te ten moment.<\/p><p data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"733\">Zav\u0159ete po\u010d\u00edta\u010d, domyjete n\u00e1dob\u00ed, d\u011bti v posteli, zhasnete sv\u011btla a\u2026 v tu chv\u00edli v\u00e1s do\u017eene cel\u00fd den. Na\u0161e mysl p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1 mezi rolemi: \u0161\u00e9fov\u00e1, m\u00e1ma, partnerka, pe\u010dovatelka, ukl\u00edze\u010dka, kucha\u0159ka\u2026 ale kde jste vy?<\/p><p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1168\">Ve\u010dern\u00ed klid by m\u011bl b\u00fdt \u010dasem na dobit\u00ed energie. Ale m\u00edsto toho jen p\u0159e\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me do dal\u0161\u00edho dne.<\/p><p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1270\">A p\u0159itom existuje cesta ven. Ne skrze radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny, ne skrze dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fakol, kter\u00fd mus\u00edme zvl\u00e1dnout. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed stres. A ve\u010der \u2013 m\u00edsto aby si oddechlo \u2013 v tom pokra\u010duje.
